Hi, I installed this plugin but see nothing in my theme. I even added the shortcut command into my theme. any help will be appreciated, http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mibew/ It looks like field “URL where your chat is installed” is not correctly set in my admin dashboard. Which location should this be? the location where my plugin is installed is http://mydomain.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-mibew . but it’s looking for client.php which is not available there. Could someone please clarify if it’s still needed that the original scripts be copied to a given location too (e.g., http://mydomain.com/chat )? thanks Hi, as mentioned in the plugin please use the official support forums to seek support at http://club.orbisius.com/forums/forum/community-support-forum/wordpress-plugins/wp-mibew/ You need to install the Mibew chat to have the plugin working. If it’s too technical or you don’t want to do it we have a premium plugin that helps you install the Mibew chat software. The Chat URL is where YOU have installed the Mibew chat software. This plugin helps you generate the JavaScript widget required by Mibew chat. It will not install the chat software for you. If you want the chat to be installed for you you can check out mibew chat installer at http://club.orbisius.com/products/wordpress-plugins/orbisius-mibew-chat-installer/
