Hi, First of all thanks for your awesome plugin, It’s really eye catching and full of awesome features. There is this problem that I hope you can help me with. I have a jQuery error on the page that the user wants to send the ticket from and it’s preventing the body of the message from being sent. No matter what you input in the editor, you get an error along the lines of “the message field cannot be empty”. (Sorry I use a translated version so I don’t know the original message) I realize it’s a problem on my end and I have this problem with any other helpdesk plugin that uses tinyMCE. by the way, if I switch to the HTML editor, the message gets sent without a problem. The problem only exists in the Visual Editor. So my question is , is there any way I can replace the visual editor with a simple Textarea to get around this problem? Hi, Please resolve the jQuery error, Help Desk visual editor problem will auto solved. Thanks, Well, I already knew and pointed that out myself but your reply wasn’t even the answer to my question …
