supportI am unable to upload or drag-and-drop a file inside “Click to upload or drag and drop a file here” box in Media Replace screen, which appears after clicking Upload New File button. Clicking the box yields no response, and drag and drop gesture is not detected.
Hello @keysuck The upload function is working properly on our end. We suspect there may be an issue with js loading specific to your environment. To help us investigate this further, could you please provide us with a debug zip and send it to support(at)compressx.com.? You can download this from the System Info tab within your CompressX plugin. All the best,
@johnghiz I sent the debug info via plugin. On media replace screen, though, I discovered https://www.jmic.co.kr/wp-content/plugins/compressx-pro-addon/includes/display_v2/js/Fcompressx_media-replace.js?ver=1.9.15 net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found) error. FYI, the error disappears when CompressX Pro plugin is disabled. Looks like there is a conflict between the two plugins.
Hi @keysuck Thanks for the update. We are going to look into it further. Please note that we are not permitted to provide support for the pro version in this forum. Therefore, I am closing this thread, and we will continue our correspondence with you via email. For any future assistance with the pro version, please feel free to submit a ticket through our official support system . All the best,
