Hi, We have been using the plugin for over 5 years, and the shortcode has just stopped working. Specifically, [supportcandy]. I have updated all the software version to the latest level. The database size is about 13GB now. Not sure if this is the cause. PHP is 8.1 WordPress latest version. Deactivated all the plugins. Tested with Twenty Twenty-Five. Nothing working. Please help.
