I notice that I can no longer hit view more on my tickets and see additional details that require more space. Is this due to a recent change in the plugin? Hi @gpb68 , Thank you for reporting this. In most cases, the “View More” button not working is caused by the browser zoom level. Could you please check if your browser is zoomed out below 100%? If it is, try setting it back to 100% and see if the issue persists. If your browser zoom is already at 100% and the problem continues, please check for a possible plugin conflict. You can do this safely on a staging site by temporarily deactivating other plugins and testing again to see if the issue is resolved. Let us know what you find so we can assist you further. Best regards, The SupportCandy Team It was thank you, when I returned it to 100% it worked. Thanks for confirming, @gpb68 — glad to hear it’s working as expected now 👍 We appreciate you sharing this. We’ll add this scenario to our bug-fix queue and check if we can improve the behavior in future updates. If you notice anything else, feel free to let us know.
