Hi, Firstly I would just like to note that I have installed the PureChat widget to my site by embedding the script in each page, rather than by using the plugin, so I am not quite sure that you will be able to help. After performing some tweaks to my site configuration and .htaccess file, I have managed to reduce my site load time to under 3 secs. However I am still scoring 65 on Google’s PageSpeed Insights and 68 on Pingdom Tools speed test. Upon investigation of the request breakdown, it now appears that the purechat application is not being minified correctly, and is adding at least 1.5 – 2 seconds of load time, every time a page is opened. Are you able to minify the application to improve this? Thanks https://wordpress.org/plugins/pure-chat/
