With some regex I managed to get rid of some of its damage, but with large sites this would have been a nightmare I would say avoid this plugin to be safe, there are better plugins out there for image compressions I can’t recomeven do not try this plugin!!: users show support, migration pain that may indicate a product gap.

Evidence: Retroactive optimization fail Little confused. I ran the WinSite Image Optimizer WordPress plugin to optimize a site’s Media Library retroactively. It appears to have only worked on 67 files. Yet there are 1,184 files in the uploads directory alone. Running ImageOptim for Mac on my local machine resulted in 454 images being optimized.
