Taka you are my hero, i run a big site, and after updating WPML, https://wordpress.org/plugins/any-hostname/ did not work anymore, it did not show the main site, so i did a quick search on the plugins directory for “hostname” and yours came up second, i thought i am already lost so i tried it AND YOURS WORK LIKE A CHARM!!!
