В инструкции есть такой пункт “Убедитесь, что в вашей контактной форме присутствуют следующие поля: имя, телефон, email” На моем сайте есть несколько разных форм созданных через “Contact Form 7”, у каждой формы разный набор полей, в том числе много кастомных полей разного типа, и не везде есть телефон или email.
