Hello I noticed that you use the wp editor .This is fine for those customers who are familiar with this way of sending messages. But what happens for those who are not? I believe a textarea should be much more simple solution for everyone. We think that a wysiwyg editor is the right tool because it is complete and easy to use for every one. Thanks for sharing with us your thoughts. Best.
