Wizard Sessions issue

Whenever you try “I need help with support” it starts the wizard session, but then what if the user either cancel’s or just refreshes the page? It then shows you the same wizard options, except it’ll give you an error and on the console you’ll see this: View post on imgur.com View post on imgur.com The issue is the wizard session was started, but never finished and yet you’re not able to cancel nor finish it after that. Would you please check. Also in the backend, related to Wizard Trigger Phrases, the phrases that have ‘ in them will be saved multiple times whenever the wizard is saved/updated.
