Unexpected error occured for guest users

MXchat works for logged-in admin users, but guest users (website visitors) get an unexpected error that occurs despite using Pinecone and having barely 300 entries in the Knowledgebase. Often admin logins are not cached and maybe there is a caching issue causing the error. Can you confirm if the frontend chatting ever worked? Thanks, Maxwell @m4xw3ll No, I am not sure if it ever worked for guest users as i always check with the admin logged in. The error showed the first time i used it without login in. Hey @lordzibbar , I went back to do more testing and it appears you’ve removed the chatbot from the frontend website (understandable if it wasn’t working for you). I’m more than happy to continue helping get it up and running. If you’d like, you can create a new page i.e. “chatbot” or whatever you want. Then enable the chatbot only on that page.
