Hello, I’m getting a “System error” message when submitting the form I just created on https://scratchoff.com/online-payments/ . The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] When I do an inspect element on the error message and go to Console, I get this: jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:3 Form submission canceled because the form is not connected trigger @ jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:3
