There is a serious flaw with the theme of this plugin, on my laptop, multiple browsers. It is a small screen (13″ I think) but 1920×1080 resolution. When viewing a ticket, there is no scroll bar to scroll down the ticket to view previous replies etc. The only way is to click in the middle of the screen (over ticket content) and use arrow keys, or use mouse wheel to scroll down the ticket. If you have not heard of this issue, is there anywhere I can send a video to get some support and maybe the issue fixed please? Hello @wd69 , Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for the detailed explanation. We understand the behavior you’re experiencing while viewing tickets; especially on smaller screens with higher resolution where the scrollbar is not visible. At the moment, this is related to how the ticket view interface is designed, and we appreciate you highlighting how it affects usability in your case. We’ve taken this as a feature request to improve the scrolling experience and overall accessibility of the ticket view area. Enhancing this for better visibility (including a more intuitive scrollbar behavior) is definitely something worth considering. Regarding your video, yes, that would be very helpful for our team to better understand the exact scenario. You can share the recording by replying to this ticket or uploading it to any file-sharing service (like Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) and sending us the link here. Thanks again for your valuable feedback, it really helps us improve the product.
