When the form is submitted it reloads and doesn’t scroll down to where the form is. It is currently in the sidebar below the fold, and when it submits you don’t see the success message. It appears to be using a # in the URL that doesn’t exist on the page. The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] It looks like the URI contains the ID of the form, and when it is present, it displays the success message. It can’t scroll anywhere due to the form which had that as the action not being present anymore. Maybe the functionality I want isn’t here in the first place, so isn’t broken? Hello @steveindzine , Thanks for reporting this. We’ll check this out and put a fix into v2.12 with a credit to you in the release notes! Hi @seanconklin , Thank you, any idea when it will be released? Hi @steveindzine I put this fix in for testing and eventual release. Let’s have @randywsandberg test it out a bit and if he confirms it looks good you can install this development version v2.11.1 (or greater) ahead of the full release v2.12. WP will notify you when the full version gets released putting you back on the stable track. To install a development version of any plugin, click the Development tab, then the Advanced View link (sidebar), then at the bottom you’ll see the Download button for Development Version . I’ve the same problem and I’ve the v2.11. Any update on this issue? Hi @ultimobondiafinisterre , Thanks for reaching out. Yes, you can install the interim v2.11.1 using the instructions provided to @steveindzine above. We hadn’t released v2.12 as it really contains only that one update and our focus has been on a revamped v3.0 getting ready to release in a couple of weeks 🙂 @seanconklin really sorry for the massive delay, I hadn’t seen your reply until now. I have uploaded the dev version and it is working as expected now, it reloads the page and scrolls to the form. My only suggestion for improvement would be for it to submit via AJAX and not need a page reload, that way no scrolling would happen at all. In v3.0 we’re moving to the Benchmark Email Signup Form entities hosted by Benchmark and rendered by a JS widget. There are several reasons for this, including: consistency, customizing opt-in email messaging and translations, Automation Pro workflow feedback loops (tracking), and the ability to style the form elements with templates or using the newly embedded UI controls. The upgrade will convert these forms automatically. That form loads the result in the same window as our plugin does currently, so I’ve put in a request with Benchmark internal developers to give us an option to open the result in a pop-up or a new window. More to come on that… We’ve now got version 3.0 launched! This switches over to Benchmark entity signup forms (auto migrates any existing forms) which offers many more settings, styling options, and a pop-up version as well. Regarding the redirect URL, this is one of the settings in the Signup Form entity, so please feel free to adjust accordingly after your sites upgrade to this latest version. The redirect URL can be any page including an anchor #go_to_this_ID to scroll down to a form than may not be above the fold.
