Hello, this is a great plugin. Thank you for providing this simple plugin, however, I have a problem configuring it. I could not see where the questions are moderated before they appear and also I have not received emails from the people who asked questions. I could not see reply, publish and delete buttons. What could be the problem? Please, help me out because I have been looking for a plugin that could do what I wanted since 2 weeks ago until I stumble on this great plugin.
