supportCan the plugin import customer data from a form? If yes, which Form Plugin WooRewards is compatible with? Is it a must to install WooCommerce in order to use this WooRewards plugin? We don’t need points-to-cart, but want to use features like referral, birthday points Can we use WooRewards without WooCommerce transactions? (My client won’t accept online payment but want to use WooRewards, admin will adjust the points manually at backend when customers purchase offline) Does a user login in frontend can see his points? How?
Hi, Yes, WooRewards works without WooCommerce . However, several features are about payment and will be missing so. But WooCommerce does not have to be installed. Only login users can earn and see points. What kind of customer data do you want to import? Best regards,

Is that possible and what Form plugin shiuld we use? Is it a must to install WooCommerce in order to use this WooRewards plugin? Again, admin will add or deduct points mainly based on redemption of gift, donation to charity and sales offline. Hello, We cannot respond to WooRewards premium features here, only MyRewards (the free version). So, MyRewards cannot import data from a form. (you can look at our documentation relating to the free version on our website for more informations. WooRewards can import datas from other loyalty plugins, but not from a form). Woocommerce is almost mandatory to run our various plugins. Without it, you lose about 75% of the functionality (including those you list).
