Hello, I installed your plugin today to give an admin access to a theme support staff, but they said they can’t modify the themes; is your plugin compatible with a multisite installation? Thank you! https://wordpress.org/plugins/support-me/ Hello 🙂 You probably need to promote the support account to super admin so they can access the theme editor in the network admin. Support Me doesn’t handle granting Super Admin status – I’d think most users would want that to be a conscious decision since it extends a lot of power.

Hello 🙂 You probably need to promote the support account to super admin so they can access the theme editor in the network admin. Support Me doesn’t handle granting Super Admin status – I’d think most users would want that to be a conscious decision since it extends a lot of power.
