Hi, why doesn’t this work on subsites in multisite? Hello @froggod , Thank you for reaching out to us! The WS chat plugin is fully compatible with multi-site environments. Install the plugin on your network website, and it will automatically activate on the child sites. If you are facing any errors, don’t hesitate to contact us and share the screenshots for our analysis. Also, what are the PHP and WordPress versions of your website? Looking forward to hearing from you. So it only works when it’s network activated and not when it’s activated on a per site bases? Hello @froggod , In the case of multi-site, you can install the plugin in the network site and activate it only in specific sub-site as you require. You don’t need to activate the plugin on the network site since it will be activated for all the sub-sites. https://elextensions.com/knowledge-base/can-one-plugin-work-multi-site-sub-domain/ Hope this helps. okay this post was to let you know that it wasn’t working on multi site correctly. It still isn’t.
