Hi there, we unfortunately seem to be having multiple issues with the plugin. Before updating to the latest version (released yesterday) our customer reported intermittent payment issues that we weren’t able to replicate (nothing in error logs etc.) The payment issue seems to now be stuck – at checkout for all transactions it was not able to open the modal, it just posted a error message at the top saying unable to make payment. Within the plugin settings, we are not able to disconnect our SumUp account (error message states “Unable to disconnect the SumUp account.”) and any changes to the options “Enable/Disable” “Open Payment in Modal” and “Logging” checkboxes are not saved when we press ‘Save changes’ All other website functionality is working as expected, updating to the latest version (2.13.0) released yesterday has not fixed the issue, neither has rolling back to (2.11.0) or enabling/disabling the plugin. On the checkout page, after the failed order it does create the order in WooCommerce and this is accessible from the customer’s account page. If they attempt to pay from there (where it is ‘Pending Payment’), the modal does work and I was able to make a payment, however it looks like no webhook was sent to change the order status to processing. Thanks for any assistance you can provide. Same error for me, any updates? I’m experiencing the same issue across all clients websites that use this plugin. I had to rollback the plugin to v2.91 to get it working. I’m not sure how secure that is but it lets the client take payments.
