Hello and thank you for your plugin. Can we manually add points in one customer only without need of importing a whole csv file? Thanks in advance Hi, Thank you for your kind words! Yes, it is absolutely possible to manually add points to a specific customer without importing a CSV file. To do this, please follow these steps: Go to WPLoyalty → Customer Dashboard Find the customer you want to update Click on the Edit option You can then manually add (or adjust) the points as needed I’ve attached a screenshot for your reference: https://prnt.sc/fYnk2tgthCRb If you need any further assistance, feel free to reach out! thank you for your reply I just can’t find the edit button. I’m in the free version do I need to upgrade to see it?
