IOS app notifications does not work, so I cannot get any notification when someone tried to chat me unless I am waiting in my phone with app open. Hi yavuzc, We are sorry to hear that you had some issues with the remote notifications. Please note that Apple Push Notification service is responsible for delivering notifications and when you have weak or unstable signal, some notifications may not be delivered. Weak or unstable signal? This is not the case and the issue should be forwarded to your developers. Apple push notifications should be working without the app to be open and running. This is an absolute must.

Weak or unstable signal? This is not the case and the issue should be forwarded to your developers. Apple push notifications should be working without the app to be open and running. This is an absolute must.
