The email field is always automatically populated with the Benchmark account user’s email address. The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Hello @lcarhart The sign up forms on the front end of the site will pre-populate with the name and email address of the logged in user. That is to save the user time subscribing. You can confirm this using another browser or a private browser window pointed to the front end of your site where the sign up form displays. It should be empty in those cases. Let us know if you need any further assistance and thanks for getting in touch with us! Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. We have tried viewing the website in other browsers without being logged in, as well as incognito, and we are still seeing the email there. Our client sees it as well who doesn’t even have a wordpress account. Hello @lcarhart , If possible, can you provide a link to a site where this issue is reproducible? http://y53.b12.myftpupload.com Thanks! I was able to reproduce the issue using Mac Firefox 65. I reported this finding to Sean. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can. Thanks again for letting us know! P.S., Can you please confirm what version of Benchmark Email Lite you are using? And, of course, if it needs an update please update it. Moreover, what version of WordPress and what theme/version are you using? Thanks again! WordPress: 5.0.3 Theme: Divi 3.19.11 Benchmark: 2.11 Thanks again! Hi @lcarhart , We haven’t yet been able to reproduce your issue. If possible, can you please delete and reinstall your Benchmark Email Lite widget. Once installed, please simply select a contact list or signup form and then test it again in a browser where a) the user isn’t logged in to the back end of the site and b) the browser’s cache has been cleared. Then report back your findings. P.S., Be sure to keep this test super simple. That is, after dragging/installing the widget simply choose a signup form or — preferably — a contact list and then test it. Thanks in advance! P.P.S., Before you delete your current widget, please take a screenshot of the way it is set up for possible future diagnoses. Thanks again! 🙂
