Installed it in a new and clean WP install but it does not show up in the menu. This topic was modified 1 month, 2 weeks ago by Tommy Falk . Hi Tommy, Thank you for trying the plugin and reporting the issue. The plugin menu should appear in the WordPress admin sidebar after activation. For admin users, the menu appears as “Freelancer Support”. For logged-in non-admin users, the menu appears as “Support Desk”. I tested the plugin again on a fresh WordPress installation and it is working correctly. Could you please check the following: Make sure the plugin is activated Refresh the WordPress admin dashboard after activation Check if you are logged in as Administrator Temporarily disable other plugins to rule out conflicts Try switching to a default WordPress theme If the issue still continues, please share your WordPress version, PHP version, and a screenshot after activation so I can help further. Thank you. Hi again Make sure the plugin is activated – ✔ Refresh the WordPress admin dashboard after activation – ✔ Check if you are logged in as Administrator – ✔ Temporarily disable other plugins to rule out conflicts – I have no plugins Try switching to a default WordPress theme – ✔ PHP version8.2.30 (Supports 64bit values) Hi Tommy, Thank you for sharing the video. I can see that the plugin is now showing correctly in the left sidebar as “Freelancer Support” and the dashboard is loading properly. It was probably a temporary issue right after activation or just needed a refresh. I really appreciate you taking the time to test it and share the update. Please let me know if you notice anything else or have any suggestions to improve the plugin further. Thank you. Hi. Well i dont have a clue how to use it. I have no dashboard, no nothing, just the meny item in the sidebar, nothing else. I saw the screenshots but again… i have nothing similar. Please explain Hi, Thank you for trying the plugin. The plugin has two different dashboards depending on the logged-in user role. If you are logged in as Administrator: You will see the “Freelancer Support” menu in the left sidebar Click it to open the Owner Dashboard There you can save your email, WhatsApp number, enable notifications, and manage all client tickets To test the client side: Create a normal WordPress user account such as Subscriber Log in with that account You will then see the “Support Desk” menu Click it to open the Client Dashboard where tickets can be submitted The plugin does not show both dashboards for the same account. Admin users see the Owner Dashboard, and normal users see the Client Dashboard. If you only see the menu item but no content, please refresh the WordPress admin page once after activation and try again. Thank you for the feedback. I will make this clearer in the next update. Hi Tommy, Just checking in to see if you were able to access the dashboard. If it’s still not clear, I can guide you quickly: Click Freelancer Support in the sidebar You should see the settings fields (Email, Name, etc.) To fully test the plugin, create a Subscriber user and submit a ticket from the “Support Desk” If you’re still seeing any issue, feel free to share a screenshot and I’ll fix it right away. I’m also improving the interface in the next update to make it more intuitive. Happy to help 🙂
