supportHello, I am trying to connect a form on my site to my osTicket installation. I would like a ticket to be raised using the name and email from the form on my site. If I have a ticket raised from email, then the User and user email is based on the originating email from my form. I’d like the person submitting the ticket to be able to receive updates. I am using the Divi theme with the Divi Form Helper plugin also installed. I cannot seem to get the settings correct for the Form Identifier field. Divi form doesn’t seem to be able to auto-populate a field in a form. However, a field can be hidden by CSS code, apparently. Each Divi form does have an Admin section (see attachment) where a unique identifier can be entered, however, this doesn’t appear to behave like a field in the form published on the site. Our plugin was not tested with Divi Form Helper, but as we see from the problem description, you need to add custom functionality to insert required information (user name and email) into hidden form fields before submitting the form. Remember that your form must call the ‘wp-mail’ action – otherwise our plugin won’t work. In addition, the provided link does not open. Thanks. Best regards, SCAND team
