Hello, How can I delete the chats? I cannot figure it out!!! iR Hi there and sorry for the late reply. You can delete your chats by clearing your cache and cookies or you can sign into your LiveSupporti dashboard, click on Settings from the left menu > Advanced > turn on History data for session only and specify the retention interval of the chat.
