We’re trying to create fields in Zendesk dashboard. in WordPress admin panel we create same fields with the same ID’s as on Zendesk dashboard. They are not working and are showing the error “wp-admin/admin-post.php” and saying that file is not exist. Please advise how we could solve this issue. How to edit fields which are placed in this file “plugins/zendesk-request-form/zendesk-request-form.php” ? There are three fields – name, e-mail and description. In our development they are not needed, as we use custom fields. It appears that this issue is for another wordpress plugin: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/custom-fields-are-not-working which is managed by a different maintainer. Marking this as resolved.
