supportI have installed and activated the SumUp Payment Gateway for WooCommerce. However, when I go to the WooCommerce settings, to the Payments tab, and then I try pressing the “Connect Account” button in the SumUp window, I get a “Page Not Found” error and the URL is mywebsite/wp-admin/undefined. I just have the regular free SumUp plan, up till now just using a card reader for payments. But now I want to add payment options to our website.
I have the same problem. I am very interested in a response. For my part, I also contacted support via the SumUp website but have not received a reply.
Dear customers, Thank you for reaching out. We are aware of the issue and are working on a resolution. Should you need to share more details with us, please reach out to integration@sumup.com We apologies for the inconvenience caused. Best Regards, SumUp Team.
I have installed v2.8.2 of the plugin, and its changelog says “Fixed: website connection issues and improved plugin onboarding flow”. However, pressing the “Connect Account” button still gives me the exact Page Not Found error as before. Do I have to do something different to take advantage of this fix?
I just updated the plugin to 2.9.0. Same problem.
Still not working in 2.9.1 of the plugin.
For the benefit of others, SumUp support reached out to me and asked me for more details of my setup, which I’ve now provided to them.
