Hi Best support plugin for WordPress (by far) Perfect integration with Fluent CRM and Fluent Forms Please add the ability for an agent to create a ticket on his name (not under the name of the client) so that an agent can post information relevant to a client also about design : please enable customization of text area (font / font size as it doenst look good) and also avatars Last : please add a search box “tickets search” ah the top Thank you
