French SEO Agency Nemred Paris resolved
Hi there, I installed the plugin but it messed up the site and got a fatal error. I fixed it by removing knowledgebase plugin but now I can’t save anything on the WPChantBot plugin by Meow. Talked to them already and they said it came from your plugin as WPChatBot also included it into Knowledgebase plugin. As i get a 403 error code every time I want to save some information.. I will have to give up on both Knowledge base ChatBot all together sadly. Any solutions by any chance ? Thanks a lot, Romain This topic was modified 3 years, 1 month ago by French SEO Agency Nemred Paris . Hi Romain, I’m quite confused. How did you remove the plugin? If you just deleted it from the folders, can you try visiting the Admin / Plugins page as that will deactivate it from the database as well. Once that is happens, the plugin can’t touch your WP install. If it still remains and issue I suggest disabling the WPChatBox plugin as well and testing.
