Hello, the options to send files as ZIP a premium or FREE as the current setup is not sending files as Zip files just as attachments? Do you receive attachments or not? 2. if not, did you set the shortcode in “mail” attachment field? 3. if yes, you are not receiving ZIP even if you upload more than 1 file as attachments. Thanks 1. Do you receive attachments or not? Yes, we have received it but just in Gmail. Outlook etc the attachments are not visible. 2. if not, did you set the shortcode in “mail” attachment field? Yes, we have implemented all shortcodes. 3. if yes, you are not receiving ZIP even if you upload more than 1 file as an attachment. we have attached multiple files and they were not converted to ZIP. What you can try is, try sending us some screenshots of CF7 configurartion like shortcode you used for “upload” field, and “mail attachement” field for your contact form.
