I think at this point I have tried almost every webinar software out there. I came back to this one for two reasons. Ease of use, and the excellent customer service. I had a rough start with this company. Their support was down immediately following my purchase. I was eager to play with “my new toy” and was not getting any responses. Was not their fault. After writing a bad review, I was contacted by the staff and made aware of the support ticketing issue via a personal email. That speaks volumes of troubleshooting & customer care. They go the extra mile. Thank you for everything. This topic was modified 7 years, 10 months ago by espenshade . Reason: Post review experience Although we responded to this customer’s emails within a few hours they did not receive our replies. When it became obvious that our replies were not being received we issued a refund hoping that they would receive the refund notice from the payment provider. Eventually, we were able to make contact using private email, informing them of the communication issues and that their refund had been issued. We would be more than happy to help and resolve the original CSS issue. This reply was modified 7 years, 11 months ago by WPWebinarSystem .
