supportIn your latest update (May 11, 2025), you have advertised your other plugins in dashboard and they cannot be clicked away. They are done on literally all the admin pages!!! What a way to make your customers dissatisfied and waste their time like this.
Hi, I’m sorry to hear that. You can click the Dismiss or the ‘X’ button to close the popup permanently. Best regards.
i have clicked the X button 10 times. your ad is persistent. keeps coming back. what gives? I even went so far as to deactivate and reactivate. Delete and reinstall. And it just keeps showing up – urging me to get other products that I’ll never get if this doesn’t resolve. This reply was modified 11 months, 3 weeks ago by Michael Boldin .
Our ad should not be persistent . Once you click the button to dismiss it, it’s designed to stay hidden, even if you reinstall the plugin. That said, if you’re seeing a new ad again, it might be the monthly promotional message , which is displayed once per month and is different from the dismissed one.
I have the same problem. No matter how many times I click the button to dismiss it, it returns on the next page load. This is what it says, again and again (links removed): WooCommerce Product Variations Swatches will work better with: Need to save your server storage? EXMAGE – WordPress Image Links will help you solve the problem by using external image URLs. When this plugin is active, “Use external links for images” option will be available in the TMDS plugin settings/Product which allows to use original Temu product image URLs for featured image, gallery images and variation image of imported Temu products. appreciate you mentioning this as well @rhodie – I’ve gotten nothing as far as support, which tells me so far that buying a premium version isn’t an option, I can’t trust that simple issues at least get some attention. I have a feeling it’s a conflict with WPEngine’s varnish cache that the plugin authors haven’t thought about, but that’s just a guess.
Seems like a reasonable guess. I tested by disabling my caching plugins, but the problem didn’t go away. (I don’t use WPEngine or varnish.)
Mine was resolved, but not sure how. I may have tried pretending to install them first, but not following through, and then they were dismissed. Try that. Also if there are other options such as “later” or “not now” try those also the same way. There is a plugin Admin and Site Enhancements (ASE) that allows control over these ads in admin. One of its functions is: Hide Admin Notices . Clean up admin pages by moving notices into a separate panel easily accessible via the admin bar. ASE Pro adds the option to also hide notices for non-admins. It is a very effective plugin, even in free version, having lots of tools, and I tried it. I no longer use it but would continue to use it if these ads go away. Good luck.
thanks for the follow up @rhodie Appreciate your insight and sharing your experience on this @okcirmht – tried the install of the two advertised plugins. Didn’t work. Activated – and the message went away. But as soon as I deactivated, got it back. the recommendation for ASE sounds like a good one, thank you for the suggestion!
