I had a very similar issue back in February, which seemed to have been resolved, but it’s started again – anyone booking a paid event via my site is redirected to PayPal, where they make a successful payment, but are then redirected back to the booking page where they get the error ‘You are not allowed to confirm this booking’. This results in lots of duplicate payments as people try to put the payment through again, so I’m spending all my time in PayPal refunding everyone. I have disabled and reinstalled PayPal to no avail. I also reverted to an older version of the plugin, as this was working when I tested it last week, but this changed nothing. Maddeningly, we have some paid-for events running next week otherwise I would just be moving to a different events management system, as this is really ridiculous. The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Thank you for reaching out and sharing the detailed information regarding the issue. We have thoroughly tested the PayPal booking flow at our end and found it to be working as expected. To help us investigate this further on your site, we kindly request you to share your Site Health information, as it will provide useful insights into your system configuration and help us identify any possible conflicts or issues. Steps to retrieve Site Health information: Log in to your WordPress dashboard Navigate to Tools → Site Health Click on the Info tab Click the “Copy site info to clipboard” button Paste the copied information in your reply here Looking forward to your response.
