Hi would this plugin stop a XMLRPC.php attack ? https://wordpress.org/plugins/security-protection/ Security-protection does not block block XMLRPC.php attacks. If you need to block XMLRPC.php attack you can try Anti-spam plugin . It blocks trackback spam . You can read more about it in faq section. Hi I already have that plugin installed… however i got an XMLRPC.php brute force attack earlier today which put high load on server… so not sure if that helped? Security-protection does not block block XMLRPC.php attacks. If you need to block XMLRPC.php attack you can try Anti-spam plugin . It blocks trackback spam . You can read more about it in faq section.

Hi I already have that plugin installed… however i got an XMLRPC.php brute force attack earlier today which put high load on server… so not sure if that helped?
