Hello, today I updated the plugin to find that now it does not correspond with actual time in my country. The previous version was working ok, today it shows my afternoon presenter BEFORE the noon. I haven’t changed anything in the plugin – I just updated it. The time zone on my WordPress site is set properly. There must be some bug in this update. Regards, jfk65 The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Yes I have the same issues. Seems to be the problem, the plugin had about 3 months ago. Same. Just updated the plug in today (040622). Love it when developers load updates that break the widget that wasn’t broken. GYST boys. JOAN expects you to use every hour and not skip so you can’t do 6 – 8 then add 10 – whatever, skipping 9 o’clock. Doing so will break the widget, see screenshots 2, 5 and 6. if this isn’t the problem or you feel it’s something else. Please send us temp logins with admin access to your respective backends. To support-at-ganddservices.com Unfortunately whenever we upgrade the plugins to meet WP requirements it’s always possible something may break. We apologize for the inconvenience in any case. If you do not want to allow us to take a look at your WP backend, you may revert to an earlier working version until we fix the issue. I have three separate radio station websites that all use this plugin. They all recently updated to the latest plugin version. They are all set to the correct timezone and every hour in the schedule is accounted for. I have this exact issue with each of them. They are all showing a time slot that has already gone by. I have sent an email to support. That’s part of my issue too. Has anyone tried using the ON/OFF button? If I try to suspend, it won’t accept it and stays ON. Can we get a Rollback option to a previous version, please kenlander63- yes I tried the off/on to no effect. I have the same issues. so i re-install ver.5.6.6, using WP Rollback(wp plugn) The problem is fixed! please try it! @ganddser : I used every hour in my schedule, there are no breaks in between. The schedule actually remained intact during the update so it was not the case why the widget broke. Reverting to previous version was unsuccesful, The widget would not appear, there was only the code [joan-now-playing] visible on the page. I had to return to the latest version to see the effect. I downloaded the plugin once again. Now it seems it is okay, yet I am going to observe this and will come back if the problem persists. This reply was modified 4 years, 1 month ago by jfk65 . Hi all We have found the cause of this issue, working on the solution. We have a temporary fix but it causes WordPress site health to complain, we’d rather find a permanent fix for both issues. We ask for your patience. Thanks This reply was modified 4 years, 1 month ago by ganddser . @jdesign2021 THank you for mentioning WP Rollback, I rolled the plugin in back to 5.6.6, and working fine. Thank you for mentioning it! @kenlanders63 you’re welcome. i’m glad it worked fine!!
