Hi! We duplicated an event from this one https://www.yorklandtrust.org/event/spring-equinox-yoga/ to this one https://www.yorklandtrust.org/event/full-moon-yoga/ . However on the new event, the page title is incorrect. It should be “Spring Equinox Yoga” but it is showing up in HTML as <title>Spring Equinox Yoga with Darcy Specker – York Land Trust</title> Why? Hi @jcollier Thanks for reaching out. Upon checking, it appears that you do not have The Events Calendar Pro, which includes the built-in event duplication feature. Please note that when events are duplicated using a third-party plugin, they may not be copied correctly because The Events Calendar stores some event data in custom tables. As a result, certain event information may not be duplicated properly, which could explain the behavior you’re experiencing. As a troubleshooting step, could you try opening the affected event, making a small change (or simply resaving it), and then checking whether the issue persists? Let us know how it goes, and we’ll be happy to continue investigating if needed. Hi there, It looks like we haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now. If you still need assistance, feel free to reopen this thread or start a new one. We made a change to that event and resaved, but the incorrect page title still appeared, so we will reach out to the page duplication plugin developer to explain the problem. Can you let us know the database table and field where you store the event title if not in the standard WordPress field? That will help them understand your issue. Hi @jcollier , Could you please provide the steps we can follow to reproduce the issue, along with the name and version of the duplication plugin you’re using? I’d like to investigate this further on my end. Also, are you using any caching plugins or server-side caching? If so, could you try clearing/flushing all caches and then test again to see if that makes any difference? Looking forward to your reply.
