Wrong link categories generation!

Hi, thanks for this great plugin, unfortunately after creating some slide shows categories and they were visually working, I clicked on each category to see what happens, your plugin is generating an alternative category address, for example, instead of: http://mysite.com/product-category/men-watches/ It’s adding a “2” like this to each category: http://mysite.com/product-category/men-watches-2/ And I can corroborate and confirm that these category names and link addresses don’t exists. But maybe this information helps; I had to remove the full list of categories from my site in order to reupload them and maybe this caused some misinterpretation of your plugin, being unable to find the new categories created, even if they had exactly the same name than before.
