supportHi I encounter a weird problem: Sometimes, when I open a product page (whichever you want), the aspect-ratio of the video is 16/9. It changes to the video aspect ratio to the correct one as soon as I move to another image in the gallery (or when I do an action like hitting F12 to open the inspector) Once it got the right aspect ratio of the video, it keeps it. If you reload the page, or go to another place in the website and come back to a product page, the problem may reappear. I had for a time some 16:9 images alongside the 1:1 videos. Thought it was that but now that I have changed the images to 1:1, it hasn’t solved the problem. Hi, We looked into the case – from what we can see the issue is coming from the way the flexslider gallery initializes on page load, which shows up with certain themes. If you disable the “Show video first in product gallery” option, the issue should go away. This is exactly why we note in the plugin that this setting does not work well with all themes. That said, could you let us know which theme you are using? We will continue looking for a solution on our end so we can fix this in future versions of the plugin.
Good point. I’m using the Divi theme. I get it for disabling the “show video first”, and I admit prefering it at the beginning, if possible to find a solution.
