Hello everyone. I’ve only been using WP-Optimize in the free version for a few days and wanted to buy the PRO if I’m satisfied. My problem now is: I use a WordPress plugin “MetaSlider” which I use several times on different websites and it works perfectly. Unfortunately the slider on the website: https://klaus-wilde.ch/verbotene-inseln/ doesn’t work and MetaSlider support said it was a cache problem! After I deactivated WP-Optimize, the slider on the page: https://klaus-wilde.ch/verbotene-inseln/ worked without any problems! Thanks for support, Klaus Wilde The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Hi, Thanks for contacting us! I checked a non-cached version of the page but I’m still seeing the same issue with the slider. I tried to reproduce this on my test sites but wasn’t able to get the same issue as you but based on what I can see when inspecting the source code of the site, this problem might be related to the Javascript or CSS minification features of WP-Optimize. As a first test, can you disable minification in WP-Optimize > Minify and check that page to see if the slider is working again? If it does, then we can work together on re-enabling the Minification for Javascript and CSS and isolating which files need to be excluded. Let me know how it goes! Thanks for the quick reply. The note about “minimize” was very helpful. I deactivated the three positions as in the screenshot and it worked. Thank you Klaus Wilde https://mecker-ecke.com/wp-content/uploads/support/WP-Optimize.png
