review · 4 starsI installed the plugin and went and created a free account at TypeKit. I was under the impression that the font would just automatically take over. But the font only works for css that I specify. Still pretty good, easy to use, just wish it would automatically take over.
Thanks for the feedback Vince, much appreciated. If you aren’t very familiar with CSS, you can instead use Typekit’s kit editor to specify which parts of your site should use your Typekit font. In the Typekit Kit editor, if you want the font to apply to your entire website, you could try adding this selector: body * Then re-publishing your kit. After 5-10 minutes you should find that the elements on your site all start using your Typekit font. James
You can see Typekit’s instructions on this feature here: http://help.typekit.com/customer/portal/articles/6859-Working-with-CSS-selectors The key is knowing which CSS selectors will work with your WordPress theme.
