Never had a problem with compatibilities until I moved to using updraftplus for backups. You could backup manually, but the scheduling wouldn’t work. Paused BulletProof Security and all OK again, which is obviously a shame. Other than that, great plugin. The only Updraftplus issue with BPS Pro that I am aware of is this one > https://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/guide-for-installing-updraftpplus-backup-plugin/ I have a number of near identical test domains to try out plugin combinations and this issue was only on this particular site. As an aside, the same thing occurred with Backupbuddy – would manually backup but not schedule – on this particular site. Pausing/deactivating BPS Pro worked on both occasions. Scheduling is done with cron jobs. So it sounds like some kind of wp cron issue is going on. Could be a caching problem that is affecting cron jobs.
