If you’re looking for a bit more functionality, I’m currently working on: https://wordpress.org/plugins/inbound-rocket/ Which has this functionality as one of the starters next to an entire lead profile building feature (see what the people of your site are interested in, by having an entire visitor profile build up around them and shown as soon as they leave an email address / name in any form on your site). We’re currently working on that to include more lead generating features as well.
