supportHi, Wordfence is saying that there is a difference between the WP directory plugin version and the version on the website. The files affected are: /plugins/related-post/assets/admin/js/settings-tabs.js wp-content/plugins/related-post/assets/admin/css/settings-tabs.css These appear to be minor differences and I’m checking to see if this change is correct or whether we need to re-install the plugin. I’m not sure if it’s due to that or something else that there are a lot of broken images in the related posts section. Thanks, Karen This topic was modified 2 years, 11 months ago by karenkisswp .
Hi, I would recommend you to reinstall the plugin from wordpress.org and see whats happening https://wordpress.org/plugins/related-post/
@hasanrang05 are you the plugin developer? Sometimes developers make changes and push those changes out which is why I thought to check here first. The differences are small.
Yes, i am the developer, I guess this is minor issue, if you please send me a screenshot of the changes then i could tell you more details. Although, its ok to reinstall the plugin, by reinstalling the plugin your data won’t be lost.
I renamed the old version of the folder and re-installed this plugin from the latest version from this WordPress directory and Wordfence is still says that the following files are different so I’m confused why Wordfence thinks that. plugins/related-post/assets/admin/css/settings-tabs.css plugins/related-post/assets/admin/js/settings-tabs.js Regards, Karen
