The last few days, Wordfence scans on two different WordPress sites have shown the following issues: Modified plugin file: wp-content/plugins/facebook-button-plugin/facebook-button-plugin.php Type: File Medium Modified plugin file: wp-content/plugins/facebook-button-plugin/includes/class-fcbkbttn-settings.php Type: File Medium Clicking the DETAILS button for either of these errors gives the following message: This file belongs to plugin "BestWebSoft's Like & Share" version "2.69" and has been modified from the file that is distributed by WordPress.org for this version. And clicking the VIEW DIFFERENCES button yields a blank screen with this message: WordFence API error: We could not locate that plugin in our repository. Both sites have recently been updated from WordPress 5.6.2 to 5.7. Thank you in advance for looking into this. Hi, We investigated the issue. Everything is correct, we made these changes. Because of minor changes we didn’t create new plugin versions. We consider this topic as resolved.
