Description: I’m trying to complete the WooPayments onboarding (business information step) on my site hosted on Hostinger. Hi @paul2411 , Thank you for sharing the screenshot and confirming that the issue also occurs with the default Twenty Twenty-Five theme active. The console error is very helpful here. Since the issue persists during onboarding, the next important step would be to perform a complete plugin conflict test, including temporarily disabling any active MU plugins as well, since MU plugins remain loaded even during standard plugin testing. Please try the following: – Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and WooPayments – Temporarily disable the custom MU plugins located under /wp-content/mu-plugins/ – Keep the default Twenty Twenty-Five theme active – Then retry the WooPayments onboarding flow and test the dropdown fields again I noticed several custom MU plugins and custom checkout related functionality in the SSR, so it would be important to rule those out completely before we conclude this is a WooPayments regression. If the issue still happens after the full conflict test, please let us know and we’ll continue investigating further from there.

Hi, I disabled all plugins, I renamed all mu-plugins in name.php.bak. Only Woocommerce and WOopayments are enable with Twenty twenty five theme. I switched to private navigation to disable browsers extensions. For testing, I can see that you have been trying to use Brave. Hi, That’s weird. I just installed WooCommerce on another website on the same Hostinger server, and the same issue happens. So I decided to switch to another provider and another server (SiteGround). I installed WooCommerce on another website — and the same issue again! I tried Firefox, Brave, and Chrome. Same thing. I also tried on a different computer. It might be related to the WordPress.com account or service. What do you think? I tried to create a new account on WordPress.com and, surprisingly, I got a blank page as well: https://wordpress.com/setup/onboarding/user/fr?start_ref=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.com%2F Is it just me, or do you get the same thing?

Hi there, Thanks for those additional tests, they were really helpful! Okay, we’ve confirmed a bug in WooCommerce 10.8.0 affecting the “legal entity type” dropdown during WooPayments live account onboarding. The good news is that our developers have already identified the root cause and are actively working on a fix, which we expect to ship in a patch release soon 🙂 In the meantime, you can get past this by downgrading WooCommerce to version 10.7.0: 1. Download WooCommerce 10.7.0 from here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/advanced/ 2. On your site, go to **Plugins > Installed Plugins** and upload the previous version and replace the current one with version 10.7.0 3. Retry the WooPayments onboarding. The business type dropdown should work as expected. Once you’ve completed onboarding, you’ll be able to update WooCommerce back to the latest version when the patch is released. Nevertheless, you can wait for the patch that our developers will ship soon! Apologies for the trouble, and thanks again for flagging this! Best,
