Hey there, Amber here, thanks for contacting SkyVerge about our Customizer for WooCommerce plugin! I鈥檓 happy to help out. 馃檪 I understand that you have had the LocoTranslate configured for German Translation and it recently went from 99% to 77% and you are wondering if this was something our plugin did. I have not received any other conversations regarding this issue, but I鈥檓 happy to see if this is an issue with our plugin or something else. I鈥檇 say let鈥檚 run a conflict test first. At this stage, I would like to test for any code conflicts that might be causing this issue. This is best done using a staging site to make sure that it doesn鈥檛 affect your live site. If you don鈥檛 have a staging site, you can also use the free Health Check plugin to simulate this testing on your live site. This will let you run through these steps for your user account only, without impacting what your customers see on the front end. Could you please try disabling all your plugins except for WooCommerce, LocoTranslate, and the Customizer for WooCommerce? If this fixes the issue, you can try re-enabling your plugins one by one to find out which one is causing the issue. If the issue still occurs after all the plugins have been disabled, then this may be a theme conflict and you can try temporarily reverting to a default theme such as Storefront to see if that solves the problem. Would you be able to give that a try and let me know what you find? All the best, Amber 馃檪
