BeRocket Brands is no longer works properly with Woocommerce versions above 9.5.2 I’m operating a webshop, that has hundreds of products and each of them have their brand logo shown on shop and product page. Because of the amount of products, I use CSV import tool in Woocommerce instead of clicking like a lunatic. The issue comes, when I use Woocommerce version above than 9.5.2 as it brings it’s a very same feature for displaying brand logos. An export results a CSV file with two “Brands” column (one is empty(for woocommerce) and a completed one(for berocket)) and here is the issue. If I upload new products indicated their brand, they are just not showing the brand logo. I tried to accept the issue of the duplicated “Brands” columns in CSV and completed them to be the exact same -> So having two equivalent column in the file. I then exported and see, one “Brands” column is totally empty, even though I filled the whole column previously. My assumption is Woocommerce Brands feature interferes with the BeRocket Brands, when it comes to batch product upload. Before I look deeper in solutions (like finding a hook to disable woocommerce brands feature or making change in the source code or asking Automattic dev team to add exception to their next release etc.) I’d like to ask your point of view. I’d like to know if there is any feasible solution/workaround other than leaving BeRocket Brands entirely and moving to/learning/loving Woocommerce Brands feature.
