won’t submit a rating

This looks like a promising plugin so I installed it on my WooCommerce site and am testing it. Unfortunately nothing happens when I try to submit a rating–I select the stars and click the “submit rating” button, the button disappears but when I look in the plugin’s “Stats” section it’s empty. Have tried several different browsers, logged in vs. logged out, just doesn’t seem to work. Any ideas?
