When will your team provide an update as it has been 10 months? Also plugin says only tested up to wordpress 5.5.5 yet I am on 5.7.2. Also does the plkugin support PHP 8? Thanks Hi there! We haven’t tested VaultPress with PHP 8 and WP 5.7 because we have stopped new developments for the plugin. We have discontinued all the VaultPress-related plans in favour of our new plans offer featuring the Jetpack Backup system – that’s the reason we haven’t tested the plugin compatibility with the new software updates. We’ll keep providing support for the legacy plans should users stumble upon connection/backup/restore issues. Hope that answers your question! Hello Stef Thanks for the reply. We are already on an existing plan and do not use the free version but the plugin has still not been updated in a good while. I noticed that your new plans are different to the existing plan tha we are on and have paid for. Tough you are telling me that you have stopped updating the vaultpress plugin even for the plan we are currently on despite us paying for it? If it helps the website is https://www.mcnews.com.au/ Thanks Regards Ryan This reply was modified 4 years, 11 months ago by pappaclart .
